Accessible Viewing

Accessible Viewing Information

We are an entirely accessible event and have many accessible viewing options. The main Accessible Viewing Area is located at the Northern end of the precinct and includes a limited covered area and a wheelchair friendly bathroom. The Accessible Viewing Area will be manned by our Volunteer Ground Crew who are happy to assist with any questions on the day you are attending.

Dedicated accessible viewing areas will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. Ticket holders with accessible requirements, and eligible companions, are permitted entry to the accessible area.

Please note: Depending on capacity and space, it may not be possible to allow additional ticket holders beyond that of the companion to sit with the accessible ticket holder on the Accessible viewing Platform.

The Accessible Viewing drop off location is located along View Ave, accessible parking is available at Cypress Avenue carpark. Companion Cards are accepted upon entry to the event. Please refer to our event map closer to the event to view all of the ADA viewing areas in detail.

Please note: Staff support from the accessible drop off (located near Gate E – View St) to the venue entry and around the site is not available. The Airshow venue is quite large in size and majority of the public areas are fully exposed to the elements. To ensure a comfortable and safe experience, we encourage all ticket holders to come prepared, as the day can be physically demanding without proper preparation.

A full Accessible Access Plan will be available closer to the event. For any specific accessibility inquiries, please contact us at tickets@pacificairshow.com and a team member will get back to you.
