ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
We are an accessible event and have our Accessible Viewing Platforms available to support our ticket holders who are unable to watch comfortably from the beach.
These Viewing platforms are located inside GATE D and GATE E and can be located on our EVENT MAP
An Accessible ticket type is available online to purchase that allows access to our Accessible Viewing Platform and provides a complimentary companion ticket.
Purchase your tickets HERE.
However, it is important to note: Pacific Airshow is highly exposed to the elements (sunshine, heat, very limited shade) and spans a large physical layout within Surfers Paradise including the Esplanade and Surfers Paradise Beach/sand. Attending for the day can be physically demanding, so we strongly encourage all ticket holders to prepare ahead for a day in the sun.
TICKET PURCHASE & COMPANION CARDS
Ticket Purchases: Accessible tickets are available at a discounted price to purchase for individuals with mobility or accessibility needs who require the use of our Accessible Viewing Platforms.
Companion Tickets: Each accessible ticket purchase includes the option to redeem one complimentary companion ticket. This must be requested at the time of your initial purchase.
Verification: Please ensure you bring your valid, government-recognized accessibility or companion card to the gate, as our team may request to view it upon entry.
Hospitality Exclusion: Companion cards, alongside a companion ticket, grant entry to the General Admission precinct only and cannot be used to access hospitality spaces. All hospitality guests must hold their own valid ticket for entry.
GETTING THERE
Entry Gates: We recommend entering via GATE D or GATE E. EVENT MAP
