Ticket Policy
Pacific Airshow sells tickets to purchasers of tickets (Ticket Purchasers) offered via this website pursuant to the following additional ticket terms (Terms):
Each Pacific Airshow ticket is not refundable, bears no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. Pacific Airshow does not refund or replace any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets or exchange or substitute tickets after purchase.
Pacific Airshow sells tickets offered via this website and any tickets purchased from this website are purchased from Pacific Airshow as the event organiser. Any dispute you have relating to an event or ticket purchase is between the Ticket Purchaser and Pacific Airshow. In this instance, TicketSocket, Inc. (TicketSocket) is a company that Pacific Airshow has engaged to provide a software platform and related services to facilitate the sales of tickets. TicketSocket is not selling the tickets nor acting as agent for Pacific Airshow nor as the merchant for the sales of tickets. If you buy tickets from this website you are subject to TicketSocket's terms and conditions and the Terms following.
Pacific Airshow is not liable for any claims relating to an event or ticket purchase, except as otherwise set out in these Terms.
We may sell additional items and packages including:
Upsells being products or services that are offered for sale in addition to tickets at a separate, additional price, such as merchandise; and
Packages being packages that are offered for sale at an inclusive price, which include a ticket and one or more additional products or services, such as seating arrangements, accommodation, transport or merchandise.
We accept no responsibility or liability for the delivery or quality of products and/or services sold as an Upsell and non-ticket elements of a Package except and to the extent that they are produced and/or fulfilled directly by Pacific Airshow.
By purchasing any tickets via this website you agree to be bound by these Terms, the website Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Every ticket sold through this website is also subject to:
the TicketSocket's additional term and conditions (please see TicketSocket's website);

Online sales will cease when the allocation of tickets is sold or at a time otherwise specified by Pacific Airshow.
Pacific Airshow reserves the right not to sell tickets to any person, agent, or company.
Tickets will be delivered to you electronically through our website and/or TicketSocket.

Tickets may not, without the prior consent of Pacific Airshow, be resold or offered for resale at (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services either by the original purchaser or any subsequent ticket holder.
Pacific Airshow reserves the right to alter the date, the venue and the entertainment and activities as advertised, without prior notice to the Ticket Purchaser.
If the date, time, or venue of an event is rescheduled or changed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, time, and venue.
Pacific Airshow will post any relevant information regarding a cancelled or rescheduled event on our website when applicable. It is your responsibility to check our website for information concerning any event.
Ticket Purchasers acknowledge that venues are or may become subject to public health orders or advice providing that patrons are vaccinated, are medically exempt from vaccination or can provide evidence of their Covid-19 free status before entering the venue. It is a condition of the booking that patrons abide by any Covid-19 checking-in or verification procedures that the venue implements to address the public health orders or advice.

Please note that (unless required by applicable law):
personal arrangements and expenditure, including travel, accommodation, hospitality and other costs which have been arranged by you are at your own risk, and Pacific Airshow is not responsible or liable to you for any wasted or unrecoverable costs or expenditure in relation to such personal arrangements, even if caused as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of an event for which you have purchased tickets;
Pacific Airshow is not responsible or liable to you for any loss of enjoyment or amenity, including where an event has been cancelled, rescheduled or altered; and
Pacific Airshow is not responsible or liable to you (and you will not be entitled to any refund) if admission to a venue or event is refused or revoked at any time as a result of your breach of these Terms or the venue terms and conditions; and
Pacific Airshow will not be responsible for any personal property taken into the event.
There is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend because of adverse weather conditions or otherwise.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law), the maximum liability that Pacific Airshow will have to a Ticket Purchaser under any circumstances is the face value of the ticket purchased. Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit Pacific Airshow's liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law).
Ticket Purchasers may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (Ticket Limit). Pacific Airshow reserves the right to cancel any orders where we identify breaches of these limits, including where we know or reasonably suspect automated means have been used to purchase tickets. Use of automated means to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts may not be used to circumvent or exceed any Ticket Limit. If you exceed or attempt to exceed the Ticket Limits, Pacific Airshow reserves the right to cancel, without notice, any or all orders and tickets, in addition to prohibiting your future ticket purchasing abilities.
