T-33 Shooting Star
Greg Colyer (USA)

Owned by Pacific Airshow, the T-33 is the only known craft of its kind in Australia at present. After being shipped from the United States of America it has been reassembled by a team from the U.S. and is ready to make its debut in Australian skies in August 2024.

At the controls? None other than Gregory ‘Wired’ Colyer, founder of Ace Maker Aviation and a master of the T-33.

With over 40 years of stick time and a story that started in a Cessna 172 at just 7 years old, Greg is a certified legend in the airshow scene known for breathing life into the iconic T-33 Shooting Star, one of the first jet trainers ever used by the U.S. Air Force.

A California native with an unmatched passion for aviation, Greg doesn’t just fly, he performs. From tight passes to precision maneuvers, his routines turn aircraft nostalgia into edge of your seat excitement.

Greg is one of the few elite pilots who performs at both Pacific Airshow Huntington Beach and Pacific Airshow Gold Coast. Get ready to watch a true master at work.
