Pacific Airshow® Tickets On Sale Pre-Christmas
Strap in Gold Coast. Pacific Airshow is soaring back in 2026 with tickets hitting the tarmac today (1 December) for the first time ever prior to Christmas.
The blockbuster event locked in for 14, 15 and 16 August 2026 follows the heartbreaking cancellation of the 2025 spectacle due to the significant impact of Cyclone Alfred.
“After the devastation of Cyclone Alfred we are thrilled to announce Pacific Airshow’s triumphant return on 14, 15 and 16 August,” said Kevin Elliott Airshow Director.
“Our aim has always been to bring new experiences to the event each year that eclipse the expectations of our audience and we have plenty of exciting new additions planned for 2026 to stoke even more excitement.”
New highlights include the stylish Garden Bar on the sand offering relaxed beachfront hospitality in the centre of the action and sure to sell out fast. Crowd favourites return with premium Private Cabanas and Chalets ideal for groups plus shared hotspots like Beach Club and The Oasis.
Young fans will love the new NXTGN STEM LAB designed to spark curiosity in aviation and a refreshed Kids Zone packed with fun for little ones.
Minister for the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation Andrew Powell said the adrenaline-filled three-day event showcases the best of aviation innovation and entertainment.
“This is more than just an event, this is yet another experience that makes Queensland the envy of the world,” Minister Powell said.
“The community and economic impacts solidify the success of this event, anticipated to generate more than $32 million for the state and an approximate 129,000 direct visitor nights.”
The comeback will put the Gold Coast on the global stage once again with the beach pristine and ready for three massive days of jaw-dropping aerobatics and thunderous jet displays expected to deliver an economic boost exceeding $32 million to the city.
“It’s time to look to the skies above the Pacific Ocean with the 2026 airshow heading back to our shores,’’ said Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate.
“The City has been working to restore the golden sands of the coast and I am thrilled that Kevin and his team are building on the magic of previous years by adding even more breathtaking aerobatics and an incredible entertainment line-up on the ground. Book your tickets early and be prepared to be amazed.’’
